VinaCapital Danang Resort Ltd would like to send you the latest construction update for VinaLiving’s latest residential project in Danang ‘The Ocean Estates’: –
- REC Club: Now fully upgraded – all areas including the pool, barbecue area and sales gallery now completed and serving as the on – site sales display centre.
- Infrastructure: Basic infrastructures including internal roads/ electricity/ lighting/ water supply/ drainage/ guard house/ lake landscaping now completed.
- Villa construction progress in March 2017
- The weather in March is mostly fine that is very convenient for construction. The execution progress is promoted and rushed with 300 permanent workers on site for day and night. All villas plots have been executed; some have finished roofing concrete and start finishing.
- Fixed interior and joinery work has been awarded to AAH – one of the most trusted finishing contractors with rich experience for 5 star hotel projects.
- Allumium Door and Window package has been awarded to Saigon DAD which has extensive experience with many major big projects throughout Vietnam.
- Mock up villa A9 – 3 bedrooms, C10 – 4 bedrooms, D1 – 5 bedrooms have completed roofing concrete, finishing is started to execute tensely.
- Construction works for other Villas are being executed promptly and simultaneously at site:
- Villas in Row A have been developed currently, in which villa A1 has been completed roofing concrete; Villa A2, A7 completed concrete pouring for 1st
- Villas in Row B are undergoing site preparation for ground floor foundations, swimming pool base and 1st
- Villas in Row C: Construction has commenced from Villa C5 to Villa C10; Villa C5, C7 have been completed 1st floor slab.
- Villas in Row D are being developed concurrently with foundation works and the swimming pool.
- Landscaping: Now commenced with further ongoing works scheduled to be completed during the construction of the villa itself.
