VinaCapital Danang Resort Ltd would like to send you the latest construction update for VinaLiving’s latest residential project in Danang ‘The Ocean Estates’: –
- Infrastructure: Basic infrastructures including internal roads/ electricity/ lighting/ water supply/ drainage/ guard house/ lake landscaping now completed.
- Villa construction progress in May 2017
- 3 full display villas expected to complete by July 2017.
- Construction works for the balance villas are ongoing with recent milestones completed including: –
- Row A Villas – 6 villas have structure and roof completed; balance Row A homes will see a construction start next month as foundations were recently completed.
- Row B Villas: Villa B4 and B5 has its structure and roof now completed; balance homes will see foundations completed including the swimming pool base and 1st floor structure.
- Row C Villas has seen construction commencement to Villas C5 to C10 (Villa C5, C6 and C7 structure and roof now completed with interior finishing now being undertaken).
- Row D Villas: Villa D6 has its structure and 1st level completed with foundation construction to balance homes within the D-series now underway.
- Delivery: Handover is estimated from December 2017
