VinaCapital Danang Resort Ltd would like to send you the latest construction update for VinaLiving’s latest residential project in Danang ‘The Ocean Estates’: –

• REC Club: Now fully upgraded – all areas including the pool, barbecue area and sales gallery now completed and serving as the sales display centre on-site
• Infrastructure: Basic infrastructures including internal roads / electricity / lighting / water supply / drainage/ guard house /lake landscaping have now been completed
• The site preparation and villas construction:

1. Site Preparation: 100% completed with full construction personnel now mobilized on-site
2. Villa Construction:
   • 1^st 5 villa foundations now completed (next 5 due for completion by end of March 2017 given Tet lunar new year)
   • Villa super structures to first 5 homes under construction including second level and roof
   • Display villas are still scheduled for delivery by May 2017

• Delivery: Complete delivery of 33 homes still scheduled for handover to owners by Q4 2017
