VinaCapital Danang Resort Ltd would like to send you the latest construction update for VinaLiving’s latest residential project in Danang ‘The Ocean Estates’: –
- REC Club: Now fully upgraded – all areas including the pool, barbecue area and sales gallery now completed and serving as the on – site sales display centre.
- Infrastructure: Basic infrastructures including internal roads/ electricity/ lighting/ water supply/ drainage/ guard house/ lake landscaping now completed.
- Villa construction progress in April 2017
– The majority of the homes are now under construction across the project. Some have finished roofing concrete and start to perform finishing works.
– Mock up villa A9 (3 bedrooms), C10 (4 bedrooms) and D1 (5 bedrooms): Roof tile is carefully selected to get the highest aesthetic for these 3 mock up villas. The finishing works are now underway.
– Construction works for the balance Villas are ongoing with recent milestones completed including: –
– Row A Villas are ongoing, in which 5 villas have been completed roofing concrete, the others are being constructed 1st
-Row B Villas: Villa B5 has its roof now completed; the others are undergoing for foundations, swimming pool base and 1st
-Row C Villas has seen construction commencement on Villas C5 to C10 (Villa C5 and C7 have already commenced at roof slab, the others are undergoing for ground floor slab and 1st floor column)
-Row D Villas: Villa D3, D5 have its structural works for ground floor now completed; the others are ongoing with foundation works and swimming pool bases.
- Delivery: Scheduled for Q4/2017
